A New and Improved You
What to Expect When Booking Your Body Art Experience
1. Complete our booking form
This helps us understand the type of body art you’re looking for and how we can help you achieve your look. It only takes a few minutes through our online system. No phone calls required!
2. Artist Matching and Collaboration
After you fill out our booking form, our booking team will match you with a body artist who specializes in your preferred style. Then, you can start collaborating with your artist on your design. Feel free to send inspo pics, mood boards, text descriptions, astrology charts, or anything else that helps us create the exact design you want.
3. Arrive and Last Consult
When you arrive on your appointment day, we’ll check you in to our salon-quality studio, and you’ll get to meet your artist in person. You’ll review every detail of your design draft. Once the design is finalized, your artist will place a fully sketched stencil in your desired placement. For piercings, we’ll finalize your look and make a temporary skin marking to show exactly where the piercing will go.
4. Get Your Fine Ink or Piercing!
Now the fun begins. While you get your ink, you sit back and relax in our comfortable chairs, chat with your artist, listen to a podcast, or catch up on your favorite Netflix series. Our team will walk you through each step and check in regularly on your comfort and pain levels. Let us know if you ever need a break! Some intricate designs may require more than one appointment, but your artist will set clear expectations during your consultation. Piercings typically only take a few minutes once the prep work is done, and you’ll leave with detailed aftercare instructions to help your piercing heal properly.

Proper care after getting a tattoo is vital to ensure your tattoo keeps its vividness. We provide several resources about caring for your tattoo and what to expect during recovery. We also offer aftercare packages that provide antibacterial soap and unscented lotion to promote healing without harsh chemicals or fragrances. Your artist will also give you recommendations for proper healing for your specific design.
Aftercare
Know Before You Go
Here are our go-to resources so you have everything you need ready for your appointment day:
Minor Consent Forms
You must be 16 years of age or older to get a tattoo. If you’re between 16 and 18, you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. You’ll also need a minor consent form filled out by your guardian and notarized by a public notary. Please also ensure your guardian brings their ID to your appointment.
Tattoo and Piercing Prep
For a full list of what to do to prepare for your appointment, check out our checklist of what to do before getting a tattoo. Make sure the area is clean, you’ve eaten a healthy meal, you're hydrated, and you've gotten a good night’s sleep before your appointment. Protect the area from sun exposure before your appointment; getting a tattoo on a sunburn is no fun!
Aftercare Instructions
Once your tattoo or piercing is revealed, your artist will give you detailed instructions on how to care for it in the coming days and weeks to promote healing. Bookmark our aftercare resources page for future reference. You can also check out our tattoo aftercare day-by-day guide for detailed information on what to expect in the days and weeks following your appointment.
